The Villagers: The Volunteers
What would a village be without it's villagers? Without our Villagers, A.K.A. our volunteers, we wouldn't be able to reach as many homes as we do! They're the heart behind the operation that's in the field making the "magic" happen, one cleaning at a time.
Being an approved volunteer means you are now part of a dedicated team committed to showing the love of Christ through the gift of a clean, peaceful home.
This page is your go-to resource for everything you need to serve effectively and safely. As you prepare to enter the homes of those facing crisis, remember that your presence is just as impactful as your work. You are bringing more than just supplies; you are bringing hope, dignity, and a reminder that no one has to walk through their darkest valley alone.
Below, you’ll find essential information regarding our service standards, safety protocols, and how to sign up for upcoming cleaning shifts. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus and for helping us turn houses back into sanctuaries.

Villager Training
Everyone has their own step by step process they use to clean, we get it! This Volunteer Training handbook fine tunes your own cleaning process with a few little tips and tricks we've gathered. All volunteers are required to utilize the usage and safety guidelines outlined in the handbook in order to cohesively work as a team in a safe environment.

Chemical Handling Safety Guidelines
We use numerous chemicals while cleaning clients homes. It's crucial to know what you're working with and how to safely use it. We've outlined how to safely dilute, handle, and use the products we know and love so that we leave each home cleaned, sanitized, and sparkling.

03
Volunteer Policy Handbook
From how to present yourself to clients to what to wear for the job, this handbook covers it all! Our mission requires a great deal of sensitivity and compassion from our volunteers so we want to ensure that we're all dialed in and on the same page.

What to Expect: Shift Run-Down
We've constructed a general timeline to detail how the day will be scheduled for each shift. This gives Villagers a better idea of what to expect as well as time-frames for lunch and meet-ups.
